May 1st is here - let's get this thing started! :)

50 squats

I have completed mine this morning and look forward to the increase each day.

    I'm done mine for today! The start is easy, but later I will have to break them up. That's a lot of squats! Good luck everyone!

    Done. 2 sets of 25 plain old squats completed today. I like sumo squats better, but when I'm at work doing them in the rest room, plain ones are all I have room for. Sumo squats are easier on my knees.

    Just got my 50 in! I also took some before pictures of my "blegs" (as I affectionately call the saggy area between my butt and legs!). I'm hoping to see some improvement at the end of the month!

    It's almost 11pm so it's 50 squats for me, shower and BED!! I'm a late starter on this challenge, clearly.
