    I started the shred x2 weeks religiously in April but due to circumstances and time I didn't complete it. So I'm starting over for May.

    I'm close to where I want to be weight wise, but still feeling puffy and flabby. So my main goal is to tone. Also I'd like to build endurance.

    Starting weight: 147
    Current weight: 130
    Goal weight: 125 (Or whatever I am when I start looking more toned)

    5 kg to top of the healthy weight range

    My goal is just to do the shred to the best of my ability and progress and keep up my running.
    My lowest dumbell is 3 kg which is a bit heavy for the lunge and overhead press but I'll give it a go
    I'll take whatever improvements happen gratefully :)
