Daily workout

Hey all, Thought it might be a good idea to have a thread where people can talk about what they are doing to get their exercise in. I know sometimes it's hard for me to fit it in with other responsibilities and I thought we might be able to give each other ideas for our workouts. Tonight I am going to Gold's gym to lift some weights and then hopefully go for a trail run. I am trying to prepare for a mud run (Tough Mudder) that is in about a month. Luckily I am going straight on my way home after work because after I get home it's so hard to get motivated to head back out and do it.

Ended up running on the trails at Brown's Island. I had to walk some of it but ended up getting 6 miles in. I was pretty happy with that.0
