May challenge

I started Monday April 29th cutting all unhealthy carbs and sugars and working out daily with one day off. Also I have banned myself from the scales. I normally would weigh once a day sometimes 2x. I weighed Monday at 145 and not going to weigh again until June 1st. Now I'm not doing this just for weight loss but to re-direct my focus on my spiritual walk and to stop being so obsessive with my body image. My goal is to be healthy in body and mind.

    Awesome! I admire you for your decisions. I tackle the scales every day, sometimes 2 or 3 times. :(
