Hello all,
I am new to this group. I find that I eat less during the day and then snack too much in the evening!
I am looking forward to this challenge...I work shift work so sometimes I do have dinner a little later, but I am going to try and make my cut off time 8-830pm. If I do have a snack in the evening, I am going to try a healthy choice such as fruit, or a 100 cal snack!0 -

I've been away for two months...and not being here, I was not accountable...and fell off big time. I paid with some weight gain...but am back to re-learn the skill of no LNS'ing. Thanks Dewdrop and everyone for being here. This group helped me from last year to stay clear of LNS'ing, thus helping with my weight loss goals...and now it is time again. I LNS'd last night :noway: ...and knew it was time I came back

Like Deb, I have been off mfp again and that's never good. I don't make healthy choices. Logging on just wasn't feasible since I had been in FL tending to my parents and stayed longer than expected. I then traveled north w/them to their CT home. Suffice it to say, life has been hectic and made more so since I am taking over my parents' finances, insurance, etc AND my husband and I are looking to move. Too much emotional and time consuming stuff going on.
Hence, I fell off this wagon last night. Even tho I hadn't been on mfp, I had been mindful of my cut-off time for May. But, I just gave in last night. No more!! I feel better when I stick to this challenge so that is what I am going to do. Thanks again dew!
