I haven't been eating sd healthy as I should. But am trying.
Healthy foods I like are seafood ... almonds ..... stringcheese. I love crabmeat and how versatile it ie0 -
seafood is great. But watch the salt content in it!!
Lately I've been rediscovering sprouts. They're crunchy and full of fiber and a great addition to a salad or a sandwich or a stir fry. And baby kale. It's not as bitter as the full grown stuff and easier to chew in a salad!0 -

Healthy foods... ummm, I do my best to only eat fast food once or twice a week. :laugh:
I do eat almonds, oranges, mini peppers, and sugar snap peas for snacks.0 -
I love mini bell peppers.
I eat .. almond butter 100% natural, kale, spinach (I list it w/my kale, it's a mixture) cabbage,
apples,blueberries and sometimes I eat pineapple. I'm open to other things too but I do
try also to restrict my red meat. Doesn't phase me anymore to eat more poultry/fish.0 -
I love salads, especially those salad mixes made with romaine lettuce. I also love green vegetables. Meat doesn't phase me much anymore.0
