    I walked my two dogs for 38 minutes in the morning and did a five mile walk with my Leslie Sansone DVD a little later on!! According to my Polar... I burned exactly 900 calories!!! I couldn't have planned it better!! That was my goal!! :noway:

    Woohoo, great job everyone! I burned 983 calories doing free weights and taking a 60 minute kickboxing class based on the output from my HRM (Polar FT4 - which I'm obsessed with!).

    That is a stupendous burn!!! I have the Polar FT4 as well!!! I :heart: it!!!
    You guys are all doing fantastic!!! What an amazing group to be a part of!!

    Yesterday, I lifted heavy for about 35 min, then did Insanity. Roughly 700.
    Today I've did a quick light run at the gym, then circuit (light free weights + cardio intervals) plus Insanity recovery day. 821.
    Looking forward to day 3! :laugh:

    Day 2 = I burned 969 calories doing a combination of walking my two dogs for an hour and doing Leslie Sansone for 53 minutes (4 miles)

    Day 3= I burned 906 calories just by doing some heavy duty walking with My dogs again (1hr and 51 min)

    Sorry if my calorie burns seem kind of boring, but, I'm doing what my body can handle right now! :smile:

    Day two - a rest day for me.... I had "burned" Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed..needed a rest for Thur. This AM I burned 363 calories!

    Funny thing is if this was a full week of the May Challenge - I've already met and CRUSHED my weekly goal of 1,200 a week!!! :happy: So far I've BURNED 1,669 calories this week!!! :glasses:

    Man - I'm ROCKIN'.... for me it's ROCKIN'... for others on here it's a warm up I'm sure but hey... I'm feeling pretty good about it!

    Friday - 363 - as posted above...
    TODAY (SATURDAY) - 462!!! :noway: i was shocked when I "crawled" off the elliptical this afternoon.
