For some reason I thought we had to do 65. Oh well, a little extra won't hurt. I did narrow squats today.0

I'm about to do mine. Yesterday I didn't feel the burn on my bum, I was feeling it all in my thighs, specially in the front.. I'm going to watch some videos about the correct form to make sure I'm doing it right0
