    For some reason I thought we had to do 65. Oh well, a little extra won't hurt. I did narrow squats today.

    Almost done with my 55. I break mine up throughout the day, until I get strong enough to tackle them all at once.

    Oh yeah at the end we do 240 then 250 the last two days. But you feel great just being able to say I did it.

  • Did 50 yesterday.
    Just finished lunch (under 500 cal!) and now gonna do my 55 squats :)

    I'm about to do mine. Yesterday I didn't feel the burn on my bum, I was feeling it all in my thighs, specially in the front.. I'm going to watch some videos about the correct form to make sure I'm doing it right :)
