For those participating in the Challenge, remember to email me your logs from the past 2 days. Include, height, activity level, current weight and goal weight. Remember this is a free service, everything given will be suggestions to help guide you to your goal. Remember to see a Dr. before starting any exercise program. Don't need anyone throwing out a hip!
