Tried this plate complex today. I wimped and used a 10 pound plate - but I imagine 25 would have been a LOT more challenging!
3x8 (that's all I had time for, just did them back to back)
Overhead squat
Plate Swings
Bent over row
Good Morning
Reverse lunge and twist
Diagonal chops
I'm not sure I did the diagonal chops right, but otherwise it was fun and had a good flow.0 -
I like this ^^^ although I will have to look up form on the plate swings and diagonal chop!
Ohhhhhh I have missed my complexes since I have been gone! I used my dumbbell one on Monday, but used a bit heavier weight and 4x8 but the gym was far too busy this morning for me to smash dumbbells0
