Did first day!

Sooo..after many days of watching others and watching the instruction videos and just dabbeling in some of the exercises, I did my first full program today. Think I did pretty well, but my "ladies" gym has crappy equipment. I have to use a Smith Machine and pre-set barbells for the rows and bench press.

Squats - 105 lbs (but with the Smith Machine so I'm not sure how that converts to a free bar)
Bench Press - 50 lbs
Row - 50 lbs.

I'm scared for day 2 overhead press!

    Any chance you can switch gyms? Because the Smith machine is not a good idea. And you will 'age out' of the fixed barbells pretty quickly. . .

    But way to go for starting, and don't be afraid of the OHP - you can do it!
