Good Morning! Today is our first official day. Remember to get a min of 45m of sweat producing exercise in. Don't just do cardio either. Use free weights to to build up your lean muscle. Pay attention to what you put in your mouth. Put your utensil down between bites and chew slowly, savor the flavor. Drink plenty of ice water before and during your meal.
