Hi there....hope everyone is getting their profile set up and starting to track calories in and calories burned every day. Here is a tip to make capturing your calories burned for Circuits.
On the Exercise Tab, under Cardio, select ADD EXERCISE.
Then select MY EXERCISE tab and click on CREATE EXERCISE button.
Then create 3-4 different Circuits where you assign a calories burned amount to them.
I have Circuit A - 300 calories (a lighter circuit - maybe Power Zone if I didn't really push myself)
Circuit B - 400 calories (generally what I use for Circuit....erring on the side of underestimating calories burned)
Circuit C - 500 calories (maybe a particularly hard circuit or one where I did an extra round)
Don't use the strength training to capture your activities....for some reason, it doesn't convert the strength training activities
into calories burned on the food diary.
I hope that helps.
