Good grief....I thought my appetite was bad before...it's out of control now! Been stuffing my face all day. Anyone else notice this after starting 5x5 Stronglifts?

Yep. Eat the food. I've found that I can't lift and eat at anything more than a 10% deficit - and really I prefer only 5%. It really does help if you can get in a high protein/carb snack pretty quick after lifting (at least for me), followed up with more protein at your next meal.0

Oh I definitely eat the food!
And I get in rice cakes and a whey protein smoothie right after working out. Then more protein, fats and oats abotu an hour later.0 -
