Good grief....I thought my appetite was bad before...it's out of control now! Been stuffing my face all day. Anyone else notice this after starting 5x5 Stronglifts?

    Yep. Eat the food. :smile: I've found that I can't lift and eat at anything more than a 10% deficit - and really I prefer only 5%. It really does help if you can get in a high protein/carb snack pretty quick after lifting (at least for me), followed up with more protein at your next meal.

    Oh I definitely eat the food! :)

    And I get in rice cakes and a whey protein smoothie right after working out. Then more protein, fats and oats abotu an hour later.
