Some of you may have already seen this, but I found this thread today with some very motivational result pictures:

Some of the posters talk about the benefit of taking rest days during the program rather than "shredding" for 30 consecutive days. I know it's important to give your muscles time to recover from working out, so I think I'm going to incorporate rest days maybe every 5 days, or as I need them. This will have me finishing this challenge after May ends, but that's no biggie!

Did Level 1 Day 3 today....those anterior lifts with a side lunge are killer for me! I have to go down to 3lb (from 5lb) weights for that part.

How's everyone doing?!
