60 squats-Day 3!

So today I was doin pretty good with eating until lunch. However, got right on track with dinner again. I allow myself one cheat day a week. So far in 2 weeks I've lost 6.3lbs!! :)

I was just heating up some water in the microwave for some cappuccino and decided to do my 60 squats! I love feeling the burn :) means I'm working the right muscles!! I'm gonna keep this up! I'm NEVER gonna see these numbers for my weight ever again!
