How's everyone going in to May? I'm feeling a bit more positive this month, even more so than last. The weight is going in the right direction and that's all that matters to me at the moment.
Have any of you tried Paleo.... looking for some feedback.

I've never tried or researched paleo. I have a coworker who lost a ton of weight doing it.
I took about 6 weeks off from MFP. My goal for May it to stick with it the way I did for the first 13 months.
I decided to challenge myself by signing up for a 10k. I'm excited!0 -
I feel like I'm doing good so far this month. Push ups are going well. A little pain in my right shoulder but not too bad. Finished week one of that today (3 days is a week in this program).
I've read a little about paleo but not enough to be helpful. Not know anyone who does it either.0 -
I'm feeling pretty good about May. I'm on week 3 of Couch to 5K. I've been alternating jogging days with riding the bicycle. Also added push ups.
I hope this will get me out of the plateau I've been at for 2 months!

I agree May is going well, still keeping with the running my doctor has told me to reduce the incline a bit on the tready because i was getting really bad back pain. I'm also re-doing Week 5 Day 1 for a couple of times, as the first time i thought i was going to die!0

Hi all, I took the month of may off but now I am back and ready to work as hard as ever I am starting training for my marathon in December and looking forward to meeting goals again!0

June has gone better for me, I think I've finally kick started my metabolism lol0

Thats great Naybelline, loving all the spinning and bike riding, thats hardcore. June has been better month for me too, really been focusing on the running and eating right. Looking forward to setting some goals for July and keeping the momentum going. :drinker:0
