This is going to be very hard for me starting on Day 6. Do you have any advice for me? Or should I just suck it up and my body will catch up eventually? I haven't done 30 situps since my last PT test in the Army - 2011!0

If you can't get through 1 set, split it up in 2. Doing half now and half later won't hurt ya...in fact it might even benefit you since you will feel your abs "burn" twice throughout the day.

Day 6 - DONE. But I cannot seem to do the leg raises from the floor up as it hurts my lower back. I have been putting my legs up and do reverse crunches instead. Maybe at time goes on I'll be able to do them from the floor up ;-)0

you can do reverse crunches (one of my favorite moves)..you can also change that to "flutter kicks" it works the same abdominal area.0
