I've been doing this for several weeks

Hi everyone. I was so badly out of shape. I've been doing the 30 day for several weeks now, but not every day. I just couldn't handle it. Last week, I worked out ONCE. Not good. So, today, I begin again seriously. I'm going to continue doing this. I have lost 13 pounds and nearly 6 inches. who knows what the month of may holds for me? 13 more? hooray if so...but I'm most concerned about inches lost and strength gained.
