I just joined and I'm super excited! I come from a family of "pot-bellied" folks and I have the most trouble with this area. I can see this is going to be difficult but also worth it! Anyone, feel free to add me, I log in everyday and we can motivate each other. So, I suppose I'll start on Day 6 after work today ... Good luck everyone!
