Love the Shred

I started the shred today for the third time. I'm not going to be doing it consecutively however. I am also running so I will be alternating my days with the shred and running and giving myself one rest day a week.
I love the shred, it definitely has its perks.
We can all do this.
I think that we should do a weekly report of our successes as well as post daily that we have completed our exercise(s) and stayed within out calorie budget, as well as anything else we have done to help keep on track.

I'm on the 4th day, I have so far been under every day since starting. Like extremely under. Mixing the Shred with my usual work outs are killing my calories and I have a hard time eating enough to stay up. This is awesome! Usually I'm killing myself to stay under. I actually lowered my calorie goal today to 1 1/2 pounds a week instead of just 1. I don't really have a goal of weight loss as much as inches. I'm excited to see what happens between now and the 30th day.0

4th day done, my thighs are killing me and I can't do all of the lifting with the weights. Have to set em down during the shoulder press and the lift to the eyes. I'm a weakling but the pain says I'm getting stronger! Currently covered in icy hot! (So glad I had that left over from the first time I snow boarded)
PS: I was only 80 calories under today!0 -
Thats so great. I have a hard time with the weights to. What is the weight of your dumbbells? I only use 2 lbs.0

I only have 5s. I had a hard time with the shoulder presses at first, and I couldn't do any of the shoulder raises with the weights. I still can't do anything more than knees on the push ups but I can definitely do more. I can do the shoulder presses fully now, the shoulder raises are still hard but I can do them. I'm on day 11, so I'll be moving to the second level.0

I've started the second level, these last few days have been a bit crazy and I've only gotten two days into it but some of the things are easier than level one but others are harder. It's not too much though.0

Good for you for sticking with it! Your a superstar.
I slacked, quite miserably last month. I've been doing better the past few days. Got back into my running as well.0
