Weight loss

I saw this posted on another forum and I wanted to say it here.....since I am no longer interested in dancing around my lifestyle on public forums!!
A guy on the LGBT forum posted that he was losing weight mainly because he wanted to find someone. I totally related to his line of thinking. Sure, as someone studying health, I am aware of alllll the MANY positive psychological and physical benefits of working out. BUT.... I also feel like it will provide me with greater confidence, sexiness, and will make me ultimately more appealing to other ladies.
Even though this may not be true, I still believe my ex-girlfriend broke up with me because I gained a LOT of weight since our relationship started.
And considering my 'ideal situation' is very slim to none, I just feel like putting the best foot forward I can, will make me 90% more successful with the 2% I'm trying to reach....lol.
