Squat form check please!

This is 60lbs.......was doing heavier but had to deload quite a bit to get form better(was really hurting in one of my hip flexors)

I think you look great! The only thing that stuck out to me is that it looks like you are kind of craning your neck....maybe try a more neutral neck. Your depth looks good, the bar is tracking over the middle of your foot. It doesn't look like your knees are tracking in, but it's not the greatest camera angle to see that. You are bending over a slight bit more on the way back up, but I watched the video again to see where your bar is tracking and it looks to be in good position, so I don't think it's anything to worry about.

I agree that it looks pretty good! Your depth is nice and you have the hip drive. I was wondering about the bending over on the way up also, but I think it is just a matter of angle of the camera.0

I thought you might be able to get down lower maybe a couple more inches. I'd also like to suggest that you wear shoes as well.0

Looks good, but I can't really see bar placement. Also, work on your depth a little, you're not quite hitting parallel. Barefoot squatting is perfectly fine by the way.. Keep going!0
