I walked twice today: 65 minutes and 3.3 miles the first time, then 33 minutes with my husband for 1.85 miles.0

May 7th Commitment:
-Walk 13,000 steps
-Eat within my calorie budget
-Drink 8 glasses of water (I left my waterbottle at home so this is going to be tough!)
-Walk 1 mile during work
-Not eat out tonight!!

Well I didn't do so good yesterday. Had HORRIBLE chest congestion and heartburn and left work early. I basically took medication and propped my head up for the rest of the day. So the only committment that I stuck too was eating within my calorie budget0
