I'll post a topic for today. This article raised some questions for me.

I have a history of following my temptations more often. I'm trying to follow the exercise temptations that life presents to me more than the eating temptations. That requires a bit more conscious thought.
What recent articles have you thinking about your health?

Added: No - there is only one Wonder Woman and One Green Lantern. :flowerforyou: And your group posts had me adding a new group Aakx3. I'm lifting more often but I don't think I'm ready for 5x5 yet. Besides, I tend to believe in the "use your whole body weight HIIT type of exercises".

Since V started posting challenges does that mean she gets to be a superhero too?
Also, something I've noticed is that people who pick up heavy things and put them back down again tend to look better than those who don't. Utilizing the imitation approach we should all probably be lifting heavy things. It works for them, why not us? Here's a list of links to get everyone started:
