Change the stride?

Have you adjusted the stride or using the default? Trying to figure out what is the best. Especially since depending on what I do depends on my stride.

Could you please post how you changed it? I'm short - 5'2" - and I don't think it's counting my stride right at all.0

I googled how to determine your stride and it gave a few different ways to check it and then I entered it in as that...Hope this helps.0

I haven't tested it with my Flex. With my One my walking stride was correct . If you put your height into your profile it should adjust your stride based on that. Easy way to test it is go to a high school track and walk (4 laps = 1 mile).0
