I just started using it about 3 weeks ago. I get frequent migraines and normally any diet aids make my head hurt. I have had no adverse side effects at all. It does seem to be curbing my appetite a lot. I use one of the packets of drink mix and take one of the accelerator capsules in the morning and one by at least 1:00 pm so it does not keep me up at night. I've lost 5 lbs. since I started using the product.
Also, you may already know this, but you can get it a whole lot cheaper on eBay - like less than half the retail price. I hope it continues to work for me! Good luck with the product.
