kickboxing/MMA + Stronglifts

I was just curious as to whether or not anyone does some form of martial arts or kickboxes and has suggested weekly routines or suggestions on how to structure their weeks with our lovely program. Because martial arts work BOTH upper and lower body at the same time, where do you put rest days? Do you lift heavy on the same day you'd do a bag session or kickboxing interval workout? To alternate days, I wonder whether or not it gives you enough time for your muscles to repair.

    I do body combat (MMA) on MWS and and strong lifts on TTHuS... When I do both I lift first...

    Thanks! Funny--I do the DVD version of BODYCOMBAT at home. The schedule is probably really similar to your BODYCOMBAT schedule in that the martial arts portions are 3 times a week (with the other 3 being interval training). Looks like you alternate during the week and double up on Saturday. I may have to do the same!
