Running Headaches

Morning all, I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them.
I suffer from migraines. Nausea inducing, light burns my eye migraines.
Since I started running training 2 months ago I've notice that the frequency at which I suffer from them has dramatically decreased.
But in the past week, the morning after running(I run at night) I wake up with a headache, as in the pain wakes me...
But while these are mild in comparison, they are a distracting annoyance that tends to last most of the day.
Any thoughts?
The only thing I can think of is maybe I'm not drinking enough water before/after running & prior to crashing into bed.
Or would an simple aspirin before bed maybe mitigate this? Has anyone else had this happen?

I don't suffer from migraines so I can't comment on that. But i have gotten headaches after running. Generally it is after a hard run or a hot run, my guess is deyhadration. I've noticed if I drink gatorade, not just water on such days it seems to help..0
