Hi everyone. Just wondering if anyone has noticed a change in their focus or attitude since leaving the scales behind. I know I'm placing more of an emphasisis on exercise rather than following my weight and only pushing myself when the scales say to. In the last 10 days I have only had 1 day off exercise and I hav pushed myself to work out harder. What about the rest of you?

Not sure I should reply since I cheated, but only weighing once in 11 days in huge for me! I can see a hugh difference in my workout. I never thought I would be ready to move to level 2 in 30DS but I am almost there. changing it up was a great idea. Its nice to exercise because you want to and NOT because of what the scale had to say! No more cheating!! Cant wait til the end of the month!
