OHHHH its getting harder!!! 50 sit ups...50 crunches... 30 leg raises (or flutter kicks) and a 38 second plank!

If its too much for 1 time..doing a split work out is best. some in the morning/some in the evening.. of whenever you get some free time.
I know once the numbers start crawling up, Ill have to do a split.0 -
Yesterday was my REST DAY. Today's challenge DONE!! 50-50-30-35s! I split up the crunches...25 regular crunches and 25 reverse crunches. The leg lifts got me...I did 15 and rested then did the other 15...ouch!

I find myself taking a break with the leg raises but still following through. I've been doing one-legged planks due to recent toe surgery on my right foot.0

I highly dislike leg raises..I do flutter kicks..works the same lower ab area.0
