Well, it's Day 26 for me! I'm doing a Whole39, so I need to plan my menu for next week! What are ya'll having?
I'm going with
Crockpot Ropa Vieja with cuban style rice
Apple Onion Cinnamon Pork Chops over Crockpot Butternut Squash
Southwest Turkey Sliders over Spicy Avocado Slaw
"My new go-to meal" (which is essentially crockpot sausage and brussel sprouts)
But I was actually going to use your ranch recipe for this one snicci
I'm technically "done" in 4 days and 9 hours from now...yes I have a countdown on my phone LOL. But I will carry on this way anyway for the most part, so I'm just planning like normal. The only change in schedule is next friday is the new brewpub on 5/17. Lo and behold wouldn't you know they serve grass fed beef and organic food? How awesome for a brewpub
