Hey everyone, what are your commitments for today? As we all know it's Saturday treat day as well so tell us how you rewarded yourself.

Today my commitment is to do 30 DS level 1 day 9 and I will push myself to do 45 mins Pilates instead of 30 mins. I've been craving for chocolate brownies since yesterday so I might have it as a Saturday treat.0

I was out hiking around the woods for about 4 hours this morning. Next I gotta go to our concession stand at our leagues track meet an sell dogs n burgers. Then off to the lake and fish for lake trout!0

This morning I went out for a 3 mile run at the lake. I'm taking the day off of 30 Day Shred before starting level 2 tomorrow. I might end up skipping the treat day today too. Last night I walked 1 1/2 miles (good) to Sonic (bad) to have a cherry cheesecake shake with my daughter. So I think I'll count that as my treat for this weekend!0

Managed to get to 10000 steps yesterday but did not do too well with the meal plan.
Today I will get to 10000 steps and keep to my meal plan.0 -
Just finished a 5 1/2 mile run.
Kids are Munchkins in the local theater production of OZ.
Gonna spend the rest of the day organizing little people for the matinee and evening performance.
I'm thinking I'll get in another work out just keeping 20 Munchkins in line... LOL
Keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow's results.

Hey guys! I was doing so well and then my health took a relapse. I've been dealing with a medical issue and didn't know my body would tell me I was pushing it too much (exercise) and I ended up in the hospital for a few days until it could rebound Oh well, guess you don't know unless you try, right! So, needless to say, no exercise goals for me for awhile. But I do definitely plan to keep up the healthy eating and drinking lots of water!0
