Happy to be a part of this group. I am 55 years young and in pretty good shape. I stay active and enjoy exercising but have a hard time finding people my age wanting to challenge themselves like I do. I currently weight 138 and 125 is my goal weight. I am 5'7 so I
am not overweight just not where I want to be as far as being toned. One of my biggest problems is finding recipes that are good tasting and healthy. I do eat a lot of chicken. So if there are any of you with good recipes or recipes that can be made ahead of time
so you can grab them when you are in a pinch then that would help greatly. I do work also so time is an issue at times
What I am looking for is toning and anyone else out there in my age group please let me know what you have found to tone up your thighs. It is one area that I am having a huge issue with.
