In order to collect data and put it in an efficient format we need to determine what topics are frequently being discussed, but rarely being answered. What better way to do that than with some brainstorming? Please add to this list of topics so we can cover as much as possible. Something always seems to get overlooked.
- The good and bad of aspartame-based diet soda.
- The health benefits and drawbacks of caffeine.
- Eating back your exercise calories.
- The 1,200 calorie boundary.
- What does ketosis/Atkins do and how does it work (or does it)?
- The effects of increased protein intake on a caloric deficit.
- Getting rid of, or reducing the effects of, stretch marks.
- Intermittent fasting, benefits and drawbacks.
- The effects of heavy lifting on the female musculature: When does it get bulky?
- What are unsafe movements?
- Scientific reviews of various exercise equipment and exercises.
- Aerobic vs anaerobic vs diet for weight loss.
- The most efficient ways to gain muscle: To bulk, or not to bulk?
- Everything you wanted to know about supplements. Which ones work and which ones don't.
- Athlete's heart.
- Completely biased and unscientific opinions on which protein supplements don't taste like dog poop.
So that's what I've seen repeatedly asked on the forums. I'm sure there are dozens more that I'm missing. Please contribute if you know of more topics of interest.
