Day 13..dun dun dun

WOW!! Its a killer!! I had to split mine up in two! My first set I did 30 sit ups and 50 crunches 40 flutter kicks and of course the 50 sec plank. Just got done doing my ACTUAL work out for the day..Push (chest/shoulder/tri) with my AB routine and I added the last 30 sit ups and 25 crunches.


All in all..good day!!

    Okay - I finally got to the end! This is getting tough, but I am gonna stick with it!

    Got it done! Split the crunches into regular and reverse. Did the leg lifts. Will do flutters tomorrow.
