WOW!! Its a killer!! I had to split mine up in two! My first set I did 30 sit ups and 50 crunches 40 flutter kicks and of course the 50 sec plank. Just got done doing my ACTUAL work out for the day..Push (chest/shoulder/tri) with my AB routine and I added the last 30 sit ups and 25 crunches.
All in all..good day!!

Got it done! Split the crunches into regular and reverse. Did the leg lifts. Will do flutters tomorrow.0
