HI. I'm starting a 10 day juice fast tomorrow. Possibly longer. I had planned on getting a bunch of fruits/veggies and just mixing up different concoations. However, I was curious if anyone had any good recipes or links to sites with such. Also is it possible to juice and save the juice for later or do you have to drink it right when you juice it. At my place of work I won't have access to a juicer and I had planned to just take my juice with me. Would that work? Lastly, I do martial arts, lift weights, and crossfit. Can I sustain all of this just on juice? Would it be a good idea to add a scoup of protein powder in the juice?
