Does anyone have any great ways to prepare this?

When I make mine, I spray a pan with olive oil flavored spray. I use a little fresh ground sea salt and garlic pepper on both sides. It usually cooks up in about 3-4 minutes each side. I keep an eye on it. Since I'm massively afraid of consuming raw fish (stomach issues), I overcook mine, I'm sure. I make absolute sure that I've cooked the hell out of it. I know it's done when it flakes apart under a fork.0

I add some lemon pepper and throw it in the oven (in a covered pan) at 350 for about 25 minutes.0

I have crushed melba toast and made a breaded/coating for it and then baked it about 10 mins. I could use some recipes too.0
