I am feeling pretty sore from the last few days, I have been pushing myself pretty hard... But I am not ready to back down yet!! How about you? What are you committing to doing today to put you closer to your goal?

I finished Day#3, Level 1 of 30 Day Shred last night. Feeling pretty sore so I am taking a 'rest' day today from it. I will still be training with my friend after work though, we are working on jogging as we are signed up for a 5k together this summer. I also plan on trying to stretch out really well tonight.0

My daughter had a late softball game last night, so I wasn't able to run like I usually do. So I got up this morning and ran 3 miles at the lake. I usually run on the treadmill at night and do 30 Day Shred in the mornings, but I thought I'd switch things up today since it was such a beautiful morning. I'll do Day 3, Level 2 of 30 Day Shred tonight, and depending on what time I end up working out, I might go ahead a do another couple of miles on the treadmill.
I've been feeling discouraged and unmotivated the last few days, but I'm trying to push through it. I always feel better after working out - I just haven't felt like getting started lately. I hope this moment will pass soon and I'll be pumped up again!0 -

Today, I am going to boost my confidence by not giving up on eating right and drinking plenty of water. On this beautiful day, I will sit outside (in the shade) and soak up Vitamin D.0

I will get an hour of cardio in at the gym. Yesterday I quit at 45 mins, because I just wasn't feeling it. I'm not giving up today, no matter what!0

Today, i had a 25 minute walk this morning, encourage a friend, keep to my new lifestyle in food consumption. This evening i may not be able to do much because i have to deliver our church's flood relief trailer to another church who will use it for the New Jersey flood relief which is a 3 or 4 hour round trip so i cant see me getting much done tonite.0

Today I did Day 2 on 30 DS level 2 and 30 minutes pilates. My abs are so sore but then I went for a walk and now I'm feeling much better.0

Today I got back on track after a terrible 5 day road trip diet. Kept within calories, ran a hilly 4 miles at lunch, then did some strength training this evening.
My husband is going to take me for lunch tomorrow- I will make a great choice:bigsmile: Then hopefully a run in the evening.0 -

Well, my friend didn't make the jogging practice, her knees were bothering here quite a bit... so I went for a little jog on my lonesome and had a nice 'rest day'.0
