Hello I'm new!

Ok I watched the movie on you tube, I fell in love with the idea of how fast and healthy to lose weight. This is my second day of juicing for breakfast and lunch. I will slowly gradually eat smaller dinner meals until I feel comfortable to go through the whole day. So far so good. My fears are feeling hungry that I start to get a cold sweat and shake, hasn't happened yet, thank god. I really want this. Not just to lose the weight, but to also be able to pick up something if I drop it without the struggling to get up. To be able to do more physical activity outdoors, to enjoy life., and to feel happy of the way I feel and look. I want that confidence back. Looking forward to a new way of life. :drinker:
