Just completed day 9 of P90 today. I'm open to any tips, advice, and/or motivation for anyone who are currently using this program or already completed it.

    I didn't do P90 but I've done many other BB programs including P90X. I can give you lots of advice and info and motivation/support. I've been at it with the BB programs for 2+ years now. Is there anything specific you would like to ask or know otherwise I'd end up writing a journal here for you. Great program btw, lots of success will come to you. Pop me a message or post here if you have any specific questions. Eating is key!
