Goooood Morning My Lovelies!!!

Are we all set to rock this day? Let's make it a challenge! What were your plans today going to be? How are you going to add some extra oomph to your planned workout? Lets push extra hard today! :)

    I am committing to a jog tonight, plus day # 4 of 30 Day Shred... also, I plan on getting the lawn mowed/a pile of house work done! If I have a chance, I'd like to practice planking as well. :)

    Will get to 10000 steps today. I plan on increasing my pace a little.

    May 15th Commitment:
    -Walk 14,000 steps
    -Eat within my calories
    -Complete Day 2 of 30 Day Shred
    -Drink 8 glasses of water or more
    -Walk during my lunch break (for 15 minutes)

    *I peeked on the scale and it said I gained 5 pounds...ekk, so I'm kicking it up and trying to lose that weight.*

    Today I did Day 3 on 30 DS level 2 and 15 mins tummy tuck workout as part of the Brazilian butt lift program. However, I am tempted to start the ChaLEAN extreme workout this afternoon as I got it this morning. For some reasons, I can't increase my water consumption up to 8 glasses but I'll try my best today.

    Today I did Day 3 on 30 DS level 2 and 15 mins tummy tuck workout as part of the Brazilian butt lift program. However, I am tempted to start the ChaLEAN extreme workout this afternoon as I got it this morning. For some reasons, I can't increase my water consumption up to 8 glasses but I'll try my best today.

    I have been putting slices of watermelon, oranges and lemons (I mix it up, depending on the day), and I have no problem getting over 64 oz. of water a day. It's tastey with no artificial sweeteners........give that a try:)

    I wasn't able to get up early this morning to do my workout, so I will do my best to get a walk/run in before my daughter's game tonight.

    I can't get out on my lunch hour because I have no relief! RATS:(

    It's just one of those challenging days:)

    got a hike in this morning, cant call it hunting anymore if all i am doing is going out and embarassing myself!!! :) This evening should be clear to take another hike or a bikeride.

  • I woke up early and rode my bike to work, so I will have a nice bike ride home. Then my challenge will be working on the yard (got lots of work that needs to be done!) and stay within my calorie goals.

    Yesterday, I enjoyed the nice weather, ate healthy/balanced, purchased vitamins... Today, I will make homemade lemonade (no sugar or artificial sweeteners), enjoy the nice weather, & concentrate on household chores.

    Well I will say that I met my goal yesterday and the challange. I actually had 15,000 steps at the end of the day. I had a total of like 1,700 calories...but I exercised and still had a 1,000 calorie deficit! :)
