'Intermediate' workouts?

Maybe you guys could help me out with some blogilates workout recommendations?
I've been doing blogilates for a month or two now. I really like Cassey's style and I've found it really effective, but I've mainly been sticking with her pilates bootcamp beginner vids. I've tried loads of her other ones but mostly I find they include some moves that I find near impossible, like triangle pushups or loads of plank work. I can only do one or two reps on moves like that and I find it really demoralising.
Basically, can anyone recommend me a few workouts that are harder than beginner level but don't include moves you have to already be really strong for? I just feel like I need a stepping stone!

This might not help much but when I'm not ready for certain movements I just modify them to something similar but easier.0
