    Pretty amazing how much flatter the hills get as you lose weight. Hills that I used to struggle up at 13 mph I now fly up at 17~18 in the big ring. :-)

    You are most definitely an inspiration that if you keep on pedalling and eating sensibly the weight will come off.

    I can definitely see the Sean Connery resemblance, particularly to how he was in some Scottish film in the 90s that I can't remember the name of.

    Wasn't he supposed to be spanish in that one... (Juan Sanchez Villa-Lobos Ramirez) ...admittedly with the same Edinburgh accent he employed in every other film he was in.
