Dear All,
I am eating 6 small meals. Try to stay in my calorie count but normally it shoots on weekend. I am working and mother of two. Not doing exercise regularly. I lost 4 kg weight in last one year. But want to lose it bit fast. Please help.

5. Keep believing in yourself, You are in central & have power to make changes in your life

There are a variety of means to stay motivated and lose weight. How about making your diary visible so we can see what you're eating and maybe suggest where you could look at changing things there.
With exercising, walking is great way to start. From my own experience, keeping motivated to exercise was to find something I really enjoyed doing and for me that's been Tae Kwon Do. I suggest you try different sorts of exercise, like maybe DVDs at home, exercise classes etc and find something you enjoy.
All the best on your journey x0 -
