Hey everyone,

As the weigh in on sunday is getting closer, let's make a challenge that will make it worthwhile. What are your commitments for today? :happy:

    This morning I did Day 4 on the 30 DS level 2 and 30 minutes pilates and my challenge for today is to drink 8 glasses of water as yesterday I managed to drink at least 6 glasses. :smile:

    i already challenged myself this morning, i went for an hour hike instead of the usual 30 or 40 minutes. This evening we have my future daughter in laws pinning ceremony as she is graduating from nursing college! And afterwards we will be going out to eat so there will be another challenge, to order something healty and lower in calories. Yea no cheese sauces, no carb laiden appetizers, bummer. Oh geeze a light beer maybe????

    May 15th Commitment:
    -Walk 15,000 steps
    -Eat within my calories
    -Drink 8 glasses of water or more
    -Push Up App
    -Walk during my lunch break (15 minutes)

    I got on the scale again and it dropped from a 5 pound gain to a 3 pound gain....urgh. This is killing me!

    Today is my hard work day doing all my circuit training work out that estimately burns 500 calories. I also plan to walk 2 miles if it doesn't rain.

    Plan to burn at least 700 calories today

    I am doing Level 1, day #5 of 30 day shred tonight. Also, it is 'wing night' so I will be trying my best to behave while eating out :)
  • I was able to wake up early and go to the gym before my dental appointment and did interval running for 30 mins, my next challenge is go to the gym at lunch and do another interval run for another 30 mins! Its raining out so no yard work after work.
  • I am doing Level 1, day #5 of 30 day shred tonight. Also, it is 'wing night' so I will be trying my best to behave while eating out :)

    That sounds hard, I love wings! Stay strong!!

    Yesterday, I enjoyed my crab trees blossoms from my front porch and did light housework, plus 30 minutes of stretching. Good day! Today, I will start gardening, drink lots of water, and make healthy, filling food choices.

    Day# 5 -COMPLETE!!! :) The shred is slowly getting easier!!

    Packed my running gear before I left for work this morning so I could run at lunch. When lunchtime rolled around I really didn't feel like going but I forced myself. Tough run- had a side stitch the whole way (dehydration?), but I got 4 miles in, most of which weren't pretty. Tired when I got home but pushed through 30 minutes of strength training. Feel good about getting it all done, just one of those blah days.
    Plan on a run tomorrow evening and maintaining calories.

    Ok... Did the 30 Day Shred video.. (day 1….woweee...) And I did 3 miles (walking 3.7 pace) tonight plus a mini workout at work :)
    I need new shoes..My feet hurt.

    And funny thing. I was so excited to be working out.. I put on 2 different pairs of shoes.. <sigh> noticed when I got home.. Owell…guess whatever gets the job done huh?
