30 day shred question

When you log a 30 day shred workout in under exercise - What do you log it as?

I have been putting it under Cardio, but I created my own workout rather than searching for something that would match up since 30 Day Shred is not listed in MFP. I put it down as 20 minutes, and I read somewhere that the calorie burn for Level 1 is 1.11 times your weight. Level 2 is slightly higher, and Level 3 is a little higher than Level 2.0
