Ok, so has anyone else noticed lately our group has dropped waaaaay off? Lets have some fun and try and get some group participation going!!! I propose a little 'extra effort game'; the idea goes as such:
I dare you to do 30 crunches!!!
Ok, I have put a dare out there. Now, the next person has to do said dare. Once complete, post that you did it and set out a dare for the next person!
