I am going to play in my garden a bit this morning plant some cabbage, brussel sprouts, and broccoli. Then plan on taking a bike ride before I head up to my boat and go fishing this afternoon and tomorrow morning.0

I'm really busy today as I'm organising my sister's birthday for tonight. However, I woke up early to do Day 6 on the 30 DS level 2 and 30 minutes Tae Bo Cardio Inferno so that I can have my cheat meal and desserts today without guilt. :happy:0

Just burned 800 calories on the treadmill.
I'm anxious for tomorrow...
Hoping for another pound or two of weight loss.

Did day 2 of the 30DS! I plan on walking today in between rain showers. Not sure that I’m ready for Weigh in tomorrow
Side note.. It hurts to walk up stairs... :laugh: Guess that means the work out video is working!0 -
Today I did day 5 of level 2 30 Day Shred and I ran 3 miles at the lake! That's the most I've done all week since I've had a lack of motivation this week, but I feel really good about today. My motivation is back thanks to some positive reinforcement from my husband. I went swimsuit shopping today, and he encouraged me to try on a couple of two piece bathing suits, which other than a tankini I've never in my life worn a two piece! A couple of them actually looked halfway decent, and I ended up getting 3 new swimsuits! So now I have a new motivation to keep pushing myself so I don't zone in on my muffin top when I'm in one of those 2 piece bathing suits. Hopefully soon I won't have a muffin top! Or the fat rolls when I sit down! :laugh:0
