what do I need to know?

We are looking at moving to Arkansas next year. What do I need to know about it? We are a homeschooling family with 8 kids (7 will be moving with us). We want to be in the country (the more rural the better) but need to be within one hour of Malvern. My kids love skateboarding, biking (mountain and BMX), hiking, fishing, hunting, wrestling, ect. We also raise goats and poultry. Any thoughts on the best places to look for housing? Any ideas on what we should do to prepare/prepare the kids for the new environment?
